By accessing or using SmartApps websites, mobile applications or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Description of Service
SmartApps develops and provides mobile applications and custom software solutions for businesses. Services include subscription-based applications, custom development, technical support and related professional services.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the services to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the integrity of the services.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by the applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights in the SmartApps platform, including source code, designs and trademarks, are owned by SmartApps or its licensors. Custom deliverables are licensed or transferred to clients as specified in the signed service agreement.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the services.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the services for breach of these Terms. You may terminate by closing your account at any time.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, Brazil, unless local consumer law dictates otherwise.
